ARCHITECT STERGAS & ASSOCIATES is a sole proprietorship established by James M. Stergas, AIA in March 1991 and licensed in the State of Florida to practice Architecture, Interior Design and Planning. Mr. Stergas' extensive Architectural background includes an incredibly broad range of project types including Commercial, Governmental, Single family and Multifamily Residential, Club/Resort/Restaurant facilities, as well as Religious, Medical, Institutional, and Industrial projects provided throughout the US and abroad. Designs include both new construction and renovation projects. Mr. Stergas’ experience also includes a strong working relationship with both individual and group, private and public entities. ARCHITECT STERGAS & ASSOCIATES was founded on the premise of personalized client service and sound Architectural design; with client satisfaction the primary goal.
